Paytm Money is a SEBI registered Investment Adviser (IA) & will soon offer investments in direct plans of mutual fund schemes. It is a 100% owned subsidiary of One97 Communications Limited and this role is based in Bangalore.

Paytm Money aims to be a full-stack wealth management company and cover the entire spectrum of investment & wealth management products.

The roadmap of offerings to users includes mutual funds, equities, commodities etc.

We are setting up a new vertical for Paytm for financial services & wealth management in Bangalore, led by a team of highly experienced individuals & leaders. You will be responsible to design this product from ground zero and own the user interactions & experience for this new product.

Responsibilities:

- Connect the dots between business goals and consumer problems using Product Management.

- Create products from scratch - web, mobile and web-apps across platforms.

- Work with engineers and designers and other stakeholders and drive them with your zeal, passion, enthusiasm and motivation.

- Simplify financial & wealth management products for millions of users across India.

- Engage with customers & internal stake-holders (product, engineering, business, and data, and communication, growth) to ship a pixel perfect product experience.

- Identify and own meaningful metrics for success of business and making them - Go Big- with your own efforts while balancing the user experience and customer satisfaction.

- Prepare and present management updates on key initiatives. Communicate clearly at all levels in the organization and champion your product all across Paytm.

- Conduct multivariate experiments to constantly validate hypothesis and bash all the myths & hints that can- t be measured by data.

Experience:

- Tech and Product enthusiast/ practitioner, with the strong understanding and is willing to ideate, conceptualize, drive others and implement products at Paytm Money.

- Min 1-3 years of experience in Product Management in an internet company/ startup

- Education from an Institution of Repute (IIT/ IIM/ FMS/ XLRI) or more than 2+ years of product management experience in a well known consumer internet company with a million+ user base or a fin tech startup or an Ex-Entrepreneur

- Have a successful track record of conceptualizing, managing and scaling up consumer products from scratch; building user friendly products; demonstrating design thinking and managing multiple priorities in a highly dynamic environment.

Skills:

- Strong comprehension and appreciation for crafting simplified experiences with attention to detail for users across India.

- Understanding of user-centered design principles, current design and interaction trends.

- Extremely outcome oriented, knows clearly why things have to be done

- Can clearly articulate the expected outcome to all levels and bring people on board to achieve it.

- Entrepreneurial drive and hands-on experience in creating products at any stage of product lifecycle

- Have outstanding leadership skills, excellent people/communication and negotiation skills
