Assistant Manager/ Manager - HR Analytics Paytm is looking for a strong Analytics candidate for our HR Team. Job Requirements / Expectation from the role : - Collecting and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS-Kronos) and payroll outputs, management, employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, and other sources. - Communicating with each HR Manager to review their reporting requirement and examining the opportunities to automate them in HRIS System. - Usage of the Pivot table to understand the measures of workforce efficiency i.e, workforce utilization, Span of control, Weighted average, and headcount of people. - Preparing the reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership. - Produce and deliver standard (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and customized HR reports. - Implementing analytics and calculating the business value of retention effectively. - To build a cube, 3D graphs to solve problems about attrition, retention plan, and workforce planning effectiveness. - Preparing workforce analysis reports which include Headcount, Diversity, Inclusivity, Average Age, Gen Y Ratio, Demographics, and Average Tenure. - Leverage analytical tools to bring in insights for creating impact in the space of performance management, compensation analysis, attrition to name a few. - Data cleaning, data analysis and data visualization will be key for this role so as to ensure HR and stakeholders have regular access to data and insights from the data - Enhance current tools and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness - HR automation - conceptualization, design and implementation of efficient tools within employee lifecycle processes - Knowledge and demonstrated experience in data analytics, data visualization and automation and streamlining of processes across recruitment, talent and performance management, compensation management and talent development Behavioral expectation: - Flexibility to work in globally distributed and local teams and stakeholders; willingness to adapt schedule accordingly - Flexibility to adapt and effectively navigate within an ambiguous operating environment - Ability to partner effectively with business and HR colleagues to bring in analytics and automation-based efficiencies to improve overall effectiveness - Confidence in influencing and negotiating with multiple stakeholders and leaders - Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting
