About the role: HR Systems Transformation Lead will be responsible for driving process simplification and digitization of all HR processes with a view of customer satisfaction. He/She will define the HR Technology roadmap and work towards achieving customer delight by executing the necessary projects effectively. Expectations/ Requirements: - Process Re-engineering & Solutioning - Work with process stakeholders to understand and simplify processes - Drive process simplification by removing manual work - Come up with insightful solutions. - HR Technology selection & Vendor management. - Sign off PRDs in line with the functional requirements. - Review the existing HR Technology landscape in order to utilize it effectively for implementing simplified processes. - Shortlist suitable HR Tech vendors that meet the functional requirements. - Develop good working relationships with the HR Tech vendors. - Program Management: Work with the vendor and process stakeholders to define the project plan for implementation. - Program manage the project for requirements, change requests, timelines, efforts and cost. - Go-live as per agreed timelines. - Change Management: Align and help stakeholders in managing change - Ensure continuous connect to understand issues so as to effectively implement solutions - Ensure proper training. - Adoption & Continuous Improvement: - Drive usage and adoption of the modules that went live - Drive and track usage and adoption metrics - Continuously look for feedback for improvements. Superpowers/Skills that will help you succeed in this role : - HR Domain understanding - Good understanding in HR Technology / Systems understanding - Should be an Analytical thinker. - Solution oriented - Attention to details - Should have managed HR Tech projects. - Exposure to end to end HRMS implementation is required. - Education : Should be MBA in HR. - Must have 8-10 years of experience HR Systems/ Transformation.
