Roles & Responsibilities
- Own end to end data analytics requirements for mall
- Create business dashboards, reports to help management with key decision making
- Work with Product & Engineering teams to set up data pipeline & database architecture
- Track & analyze the consumer growth metrics - Lifetime Value, Acquisition Cost, Cohorts, customer life cycle, etc.
- Build user journey KPI tracking across Traffic, Conversion funnels & Retention
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Create customer segmentation & prediction models to drive marketing projects
The Ideal Candidate
- Engineering from IIT or from tier-1 engineering college or Masters in Data analytics from premiere institutions.
- 5-7 years prior work experience in data analytics
- Strong working experience with analytical tools SQL Python, R & Excel is a must
- Hands-on experience of at least one of the Business dashboards (Google Data Studio, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Must be data-driven with strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and organization skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- A high degree of ownership in taking things to completion - Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements
- Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques
- Programming (XML, Javascript) and Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc) is a plus
