About the team:

Paytm Ads is Paytm's digital advertising vertical that offers innovative ad solutions to clients across industries It offers advertisers the opportunity to engage with 300Mn+ users who interact with over 200 payment & retail services, online and offline - offered on the Paytm app. Paytm Ads maps the user transactions to their lifestyle choices and creates customized segmentation cohorts for sharp shooting ad campaigns to the most relevant TG.

About the role:

We are looking for Rockstar sales managers to join us and evangelize Paytm's impactful ads solutions across different industries.

Expectations/ Requirements:

1) Become an expert in Paytm Ads solutions for businesses of all sizes and adapt recommendations quickly to suit varying client needs

2) Own end-to-end key business metrics like ads revenue, educate and lead strategic conversations with clients and navigate complex relationships

3) Be the voice of Paytm ads in the industry and present Paytm's advertising solutions to CXOs, media heads, brand managers, agency partners of large brands in the market

4) Build a strong pipeline of media briefs and respond with customized pitches and proposals aligned with the client's business and marketing objectives

5) Work closely with the campaign delivery and optimization team to monitor and deliver expected results to the advertiser

6) Lead initiatives which require significant cross team collaboration to build innovative advertising solutions for key advertisers

7) Provide constant feedback to the product team to improve advertising performance and customer experience

Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:

1) 10+ years of experience in advertising sales managing large clients (digital preferred) for the vertical lead, 7+ years of experience for the account manager

2) Proven experience in managing programs / categories / business verticals

3) Strong stakeholder management experience; ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets

4) Ability to deep-dive into a problem; very strong analytical and presentation skills required

5) High bias for action required

6) Ability to thrive and perform in an ambiguous setting; sound judgment and flexibility in balancing program requirements, tight deadlines, and keeping people and projects moving on schedule

Education: MBA or degree equivalent in Sales/Marketing.
