Paytm - Account Manager - VAS (5-8 yrs)
1. Create and execute on detailed sales plan to achieve revenue objectives
2. Understand, optimize and package our various business proposals to clients
3. Possesses good business sense and a deep understanding of marketing Principles.
4. Highly energetic to close businesses and exceed assigned sales goals.
5. Market development at the highest level into target segments.
6. Maintain monthly forecast and sales pipeline.
7. Aggressive approach to pitch the new products/concepts to increase the overall portfolio
8. Interact & Co-ordinate with various In House teams - Product, Operations and Technology to deliver business results, coordinate with development, creative and programming teams to define these measurable campaigns.
9. Manage daily, weekly and monthly reporting and tracking, flagging issues for internal stakeholders and report metrics appropriately.
10. Analyse and report program performance; provide results and recommendations for improvement and new programs.
11. Be able to present well and create an impact on clients and prospects.
12. Understand the market. Understand functions of marketing and Trade teams. Should have an understanding of how technology can solve various business problems and how to propose relevant solutions from a given Product portfolio to solve those problems.
13. Should have 6-8 years experience and proven performance in this domain.
