Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for end to end campaign management - planning, monitoring, optimization & reporting.

- Plan & execute performance marketing campaigns across various channels - Google Ads, Facebook Ads and other relevant social media channels.

- Strategies and execute the Google Ads marketing plan which will include campaign planning, execution and optimisation of different types of Google Ads (Search Ads, Display Ads, retargeting, Discovery Ads, and YouTube Ads).

- Running experiments on paid digital channels to find incremental value of digital marketing across cohorts of customers.

- Be the programmatic expert on campaign performance and optimization by providing insights into the best strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives

- Own, drive, and report on crucial marketing efficiency metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and LTV.

- Provide effective feedback on images, copy and campaigns. Giving actionable feedback to content & design for continuous improvements

- Compile, review and communicate monthly/quarterly qualitative and quantitative reports on paid marketing performance, driving actionable insights for future efforts; communicate best practices and share lessons learned throughout the organization

- Analyse campaign performance to find avenues of improvement in product.

- Coordinate with the internal product & tech teams for timely execution of all digital marketing tasks and initiatives.

- Work closely with the analytics teams to derive meaningful insights and drive a data- backed strategy.

Key Skills Required:

- Bachelors degree or its equivalent in Marketing and Business Administration or any other related field.

- 4-8 years of experience in digital marketing, growth.

- Knowledge of using data tools such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, marketing automation, CRMs, attribution reporting, and paid campaign reports.

- Expert level knowledge of Google Ads is highly desirable.

- Hands-on experience managing FB/ Google Ads and other campaigns managing against targets.

- Demonstrated ability to create programs that increase revenue and generate customer acquisition, conversion, and lead generation.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in Performance Marketing.

- Detail-oriented with exceptional program and project management skills.

- Strong team player with initiative, a positive attitude, and proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills, self-sufficient in content curation.
