Paytail - Credit Risk Officer/Vice President - Risk & Policy

Job description:

- Setup and lead the risk, policy and data analytics team

- Design a comprehensive risk strategy incorporating risk decisioning, data science, business analytics, and product management

- Handling credit underwriting/analysis/appraisal as well as developing the lending norms/rates/policies for all retail lending products offered

- Perform regular portfolio analysis, identify actionable insights and implement with teach and product teams

Requirements:

Must Haves:

- Credit & risk background of atleast 10 years.

- Analytical mindset and data driven decision making approach is must

- Thorough understanding of digital lending ecosystem and automated underwriting models

- Experience in working with data science teams would be preferable

Good to Have:

- Hands on experience on collections

- Startup experience in retail lending portfolio preferred
