Helping the management team to formulate the credit policy based on Credit Bureau score & alternate data 3. Alert the team on early warning signal 4. Working closely with Business, Technology & Finance team Key requirements : 1. Experience : 2-5 years in Consumer durable finance credit. Experience in Consumer durable lending company's like Bajaj Finance, HDB, IDFC, Kotak etc 2. Good communication & presentation skills 3. Good Analytical & problem-solving skills 4. Good knowledge of MS-office excel, ppt etc. 5. Excellent in managing relationships. Negotiations and deriving business opportunity with ecosystem partners. 6.
