Key Deliverables - Understands customers expectations &amp; perspective and works towards achieving them within regulatory &amp; policy framework - Ensuring high quality underwriting standards and maintaining high quality portfolio at any given time. - Responsible for formulation and implementation of risk policy &amp; underwriting infrastructure and programs for Personal Loans - Work closely with Sr. Management team and lending partners in managing Risk/Return of the portfolio. - Managing key risk indicator framework; Scorecards, Dashboards to ensure appropriateness of Metrics / KPIs and facilitate business reviews - Monitoring of portfolio to include picking up early warning signals initiating effective remediation solutions and watch listing - Extremely process and control centric with excellent management skills. - Responsible in reviewing workflows to minimize risks associated with the product &amp; improve overall control environment, - Monitoring and coordinating the implementation of the Operational Risk Management procedures - Risk Control Monitoring &amp; Risk assessment of new products pre and post launch Profile - 8-12 years of experience in Risk Management in BFSI domain - Experience in validating and implementing risk models and strategies - Deep knowledge of scorecards, credit policies and risk management in an unsecured context - Passion for using data and algorithm to drive underwriting decisions - Extreme comfort with technology and working with engineers - Passionate, creative, innovative and looking to work in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to develop measure and improve experimental underwriting models
