About us :

Founded in 2015 and based out of Mumbai, PaySense is a venture backed, financial services startup. We are an amazing team of highly diverse, like minded people solving the fundamental problem of not having simple, convenient and transparent access to credit in India today.

We stand for making all things finance more simple, accessible and transparent. We specialize in using advanced data sciences to provide credit without the hassle of complex application processes, arduous physical proofs, and long waits.

Job Responsibilities :

- Identify marketing opportunities to serve our vast customer base with loans

- Work closely with the Data Team in PaySense to figure out the intent in a customer to take a loan and reach out to him using internal and external marketing channels

- Work with our Digital Marketing team on Custom Audience campaigns etc

- Own entire Customer Relationship Management

- Drive conversions for customers already in the funnel

Some of the traits that we are looking for are :

- Good at data interpretation

- Willing to work on vast about of data and identify marketing opportunity out of it.

- Can work with least supervision

- Can manage a team but is equally comfortable working as an individual contributor

- Works well with cross-functional teams

- Willing to stretch to get the job done

Past experience that will help(not limited to) :

- Worked in BFSI on XSell Marketing- selling other products of the bank/NBFC to the existing base of customers
