- Paysense is a Naspers, Nexus and Jungle funded start-up focused on consumer lending. We are group of passionate entrepreneurs, designers, product managers and engineers from Google, FB, Amazon, Paypal, Housing, Mckinsey who have come together to make credit accessible to Indian consumers. Our approach is to use the latest in tech and data science to make a better credit decision, going where the banks and NBFCs are just not able to serve. We are developing the next generation of innovative lending products that allow consumers to seamlessly pay for a cup of chai to purchasing a home all with the utmost ease and transparency.

- As a credit policy manager, you will be part of our team located in Mumbai. With a strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills, you will work closely with the risk analytics team. You will build credit policy basis data insights and high focus on process/experience. You will drive innovation, to help consumers access credit for just about anything and just about anywhere

Responsibilities :

- Designing policy for customer acquisition/portfolio management

- Partner with analytics to drive data-based innovation in credit policy and risk management

- Work closely with technology to implement policy

- Monitor portfolio and vintage delinquencies to ensure risk is within bounds; take corrective action as required

- Manage stakeholders effectively: interface with sales, operations and lenders.

Key Qualifications and skills :

- 4 -8 years of experience in policy and/or risk analytics

- Deep understanding of risk behavior

- Passionate about building testing frameworks to test boundaries of risk

- Ability to think of risk management in a completely digital context. Experience of working closely with technology to manage policy preferred

- Expertise in excel; data manipulation using SQL/Python an added plus

- Being able to work and contribute fast paced environment

- Excellent team player with good social and communicative skills

- Excellent problem-solving skills
