Payroll Specialist - Manufacturing Firm

BNC is hiring for a global leader in refractories for payroll expert role for Gurgaon location on FTH basis

1. Collecting and verifying employee time keeping data

2. Calculating and processing payroll for employees, including taxes, benefits, and other deductions

3. Reviewing and auditing payroll records for accuracy and compliance with regulations

4. Responding to employee inquiries and resolving payroll-related issues

5. Generating payroll reports and providing data to management or other departments as needed

6. Maintaining knowledge of current payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

7. Feeding the payroll input data received from client and running the payroll

8. Update the employee master for all new joiners.

9. Run the payroll

10. Review component wise payroll based on the previous months payroll and current months inputs

11. Responsible for Salary reconciliation

12. Release pay slips from the system

11. Check the income tax deductions for payroll

Desired Candidate Profile

1. MBA with 1-4 years of experience in payroll management

2. Immediate joiner

3. Experience in manufacturing industry
