Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance: Ensure accurate calculation and timely payment of salaries, taxes, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory deductions.
- Reconciliation: Perform payroll reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies or errors.
- Reporting: Prepare and share monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports with management and finance teams.
- Employee Support: Address payroll-related queries from employees in a timely and professional manner.
- Documentation: Maintain payroll records, audit trails, and ensure accurate documentation for audits and inspections.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Expertise in Indian payroll systems, including statutory laws and regulations.
- Experience working with payroll software (e.g., SAP, ADP, greytHR, etc.).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
