- This is a payroll project manager that knows how to manage a traditional phased methodology project end-to-end
- Will be PM for multiple country payrolls so needs to be able to prioritize and work with countries individually.
- Needs to wear multiple hats based on country ops capability: Business analyst, Process lead, QA/testing support
- Ability to work independently and come up with own plans and actions to move deliverables forward
- Ability to work in an uncertain environment and discover / define things on their own
- Great issue management, resolve and use sound judgment to escalate when necessary
- Able to work under pressure and be flexible in working with country operations teams that are already stretched supporting multiple priorities
- Strong verbal and written English skill set
- Prior experience with payroll and/or time-tracking implementations highly desired but not required, particularly if resource is quick study
- Candidates with 8+years of payroll + project management experience- multi county experience in SAP Payroll implementation
- Willing to work in shifts as per regions assigned- EMEA/APJ
- Project duration is 12 months starting May- 18.
It's a Fixed Term staffing requirement for one year and starting by May- 18.
