Payroll Manager - Finance (5-8 yrs)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job role: Finance payroll manager

Location: Bangalore (Bannerghatta road)

Role reporting into: Finance Controller

Does this role have direct reports: No

Job Responsibilities:

- Improving and monitoring of operational performance

- Maintain payroll files and create reports

- Updating payroll files and general ledger

- Reconciliation of payroll vs mis

- Monthly pay-out estimates

- Monthly Provision of Bonus, Incentive, Leave Encashment and Gratuity

- Quarterly and yearly TDS reports related to employees.

- Gratuity & Leave Encashment valuation

- Accounting payroll, ESOP,

- Employee ledger maintenance and periodic reconciliation

- Ensuring people related compliance

- Reimbursement management

- Staff cost forecasting

- Manage employee advance

- ESOP/SAR's monitoring

- ESOP management via tool

- handle internal audit / statutory audit wrt staff cost

- Preparing and reporting on a monthly basis on ESOPs

- Doing research and having a deep understanding on tax and social security contribution applicable on LTI/ESOPs etc. in different countries.

- Keeping oneself updated regarding changes in legislation for different countries.

- Managing employee queries via emails or call

- Checking the accuracy of data provided from employee

- Managing internal departmental queries with regards to ESOPs/LTI Qualifications

- Managing employee Insurance reconciliation

What you'll need :

- Experienced professional with good understanding of compensation and benefits structure, especially on stock options, RSU, SARS etc

- Excellent with MS Excel - able to visualize & standardize monthly / quarterly financial dashboards / reports. Good verbal and written communications skills

- Ability to manage volume with accuracy, prioritize and manage time effectively

- Possesses an energetic and friendly demeanour for being a great collaborator

- CA/ ICWA Inter, MBA(Tier 2/3) / B.Com with minimum 5-8 years of experience in ESOP Administration/ HR Operations/ Payroll Management
