Payroll Manager - BFSI/Healthcare/Pharma

The incumbent will be involved in all aspects of Payroll Processing and Full and final settlement including managing processing of statutory & other benefits. Will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processes to continuously improve user experience while meeting accuracy and timeliness.

Role

- End to end payroll processing for 20000+ employees.(collating inputs/ detailed checking of all inputs including attendance and calculating days payable,incentives, shift allowances, etc)

- Managing statutory payments (PF/PT/Income TAX/LWF/Gratuity)

- Managing employee benefits (Group Mediclaim/Insurance/EDLI)

- Handle payroll related queries

- Handle GL reconciliations with JVs

- Knowledge of ESOP management and taxation

- Preparation of post payroll MIS and year end reports.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting and submission of timely reports. Manage internal and external audit ensuring information is secured at all times.

Qualifications

- Graduates / Post-graduates with 6-8 years of relevant experience in payroll and benefits processing of a large organisation with headcount of atleast 8000+.

- The candidate should have positive attitude.

- Excellent knowledge of Excel preferably macros.

- Should be result oriented and ready to work under stringent time schedule for closure of payroll and other activities. Ability to meet strict timelines and be flexible to work long hours.

- Good written and verbal communication

- Ability to remain calm under pressure. A keen eye for details and accuracy with zero tolerance for errors.
