Looking for HR for a leading conglomerate for their IT Engineering Division in Bangalore

Role: HR-Payroll, MIS & Analytics

Experience Required : 2-5 years

Education : MBA (HR) from a premier B School

Location : Bangalore

Salary : As per Industry Norms

Key Skills Required :

- Person should have experience in HR Payroll, MIS and HR Analytics

Responsibilities :

- Taking care of payroll process

- Preparing various MIS reports

- Identifying and assisting in solving HR related issues, ensuring these adhere to the organisations policies and objectives.

- Analysing and evaluating data and reports, feeding back the findings to relevant managers and advising on changes and improvements.

- Reviewing and approving budgets, implementing new company policies and maintaining internal HR systems.

- Collaborate with technical teams on all system issues.

- Deliver HR Management Information reporting and analysis within SLAs, and respond to ad hoc requests.
