About our Client :

Is a payments and banking technology company that enables businesses in India to collect payments online and make payouts. Enables more than 50,000 businesses with payment collections, vendor payouts, wage payouts, instant loan disbursements, e-commerce refunds, insurance claims processing, expense reimbursements, loyalty, and rewards payments.

Client is expanding their Direct Sales team with exposure to Small Medium Business and are passionate sales professionals who will be responsible for new client acquisition for the respective categories.

What You'll do:

- New customer acquisition in the mid-market or SMB/SME categories and conversion of leads

- Preparing short-term and long-term sales plan, sales approaches and strategies

- Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives

- Customer relationship management

- Build and manage outbound business development pipeline

- Identify target accounts with strategic timing and strong use cases

- Establish best practices and operating procedures for converting leads to sales

- Keep updated on market trends and issues affecting the payments industry as well as collecting competitor intelligence

What makes you a great fit:

- Minimum 2-8 years of relevant experience in Fintech, preferably in online payments

- Has fair understanding of payments space (preferably worked with ecommerce and/or partners)

- Hunting role in previous organisation

- Experience in product focused sales and an organized approach to work

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers by understanding their requirements

- Strong business acumen and product expertise

Must have:

- Candidates should be taken from B2B Fintech companies

- Candidates should have experience in direct Sales, Merchant acqusition,SMB/SME

- Must have exp or capability in selling Payment solutions to the client's (payment gateway) candidate must have exp in the new acquisition of min 20-25 clients a month

- Merchant acquisition target can be 7-8 per month. Assuming they will be able to meet the given target at (25- 30 per month).

- First preference should be given to candidates from B2B fintech with Payment gateway/ payment solution - Online and offline experience.

- First preference should be given to candidates from

- B2B fintech with Payment gateway/ payment solution - Online and offline experience.

- The second preference should be given to candidates from banks and fintech having only online payment solution experience.

- Screen reader support enabled.

- The third preference should be given to the candidates from B2B SaaS having a good understanding of online and offline payments. ( If not, providing materials to prepare them regarding the working of payment solutions.)

- Candidates from B2B SaaS should be considered for senior associate level with a budget up to 10 LPA.

- Candidates from B2B fintech can be considered for senior manager level and the budget can be up to 20 LPA.
