The Senior Product Analyst will work with a global team on a major global initiative to plan and monitor business activities during the project. The responsibilities include payments products and services development. Work on studying and identifying customers' product needs in different geographies, creating and maintaining products and services roadmaps, maintain product backlogs, analysis of new features, writing user-stories, defining acceptance criteria, development of new features with engineering teams, demonstration of features to business and other stakeholders, release and rollouts of features to offer enhanced services to customers. Role & Responsibilities : - Work alongside product managers to translate user needs into requirements and acceptance criteria - Participate in backlog refinement and prioritization - Utilize agile methodologies to collaborate with engineers and QA to deliver web and API solutions - Ensure the quality of product releases - Communicate with Sales & Business teams for new product rollouts and establish channels for ongoing feedback - Support applications by answering questions, troubleshooting bugs, and working on enhancement requests - Understand the bigger picture and how initiatives fit in with overall product strategy - Develop a deep understanding of our users and their workflows - Product Support Deliverables and Effective handling of Client tickets by troubleshooting the issues - Perform Client bugs analysis and suggestions on the development opportunities - Plan and prioritize product features / story backlog and development for the product - Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI - Lead the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities - Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals - Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product - Follow our competitors and the industry Qualifications: - 3-5 years of experience into IT as a BA/Product Owner/Analyst - 2+ years of experience as Product Owner/Analyst - candidate must have hands on experience with card payment domain - Experience working closely with Agile development teams - Good Knowledge on Software Development Life Cycle - Articulate communicator with excellent written and oral ability (English) - Results-oriented with the tenacity to solve difficult problems - Attention to detail and ability to see big picture - A desire for continuous learning and improvement Skills: - Strong executive presence - Strong product management, project management, time management, and organizational skills - Strong research and analytical skills; confidence in providing insights and recommendations - Broad understanding of payments processing - Knowledge of payment ecosystems would be plus - In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles - Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills - Creative thinker with a vision - Attention to details - Agile Mindset - Project Management experience
