Payal Polyplast - Store Head

Responsibilities :

- Maintain high store standards and conditions and foster a positive environment.

- Manage day-to-day store operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

- Lead, mentor, and train a team to ensure productivity and team performance aligns with company goals.

- Optimize inventory management and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

- Implement strategies to minimize costs and improve quality and productivity.

- Collaborate with other departments to align manufacturing processes with overall business objectives.

- Responsible for conducting ABC Analysis on the basis of which the stock audit is done.

- Assist the external auditors during audits by providing the required data.

- Effectively carry out performance appraisals, assess capability and training needs of the team. Guide, coach, mentor and motivate the team towards superior performance and for achieving the overall departmental goals.

- Verify/ prepare the reports generated on Slow Moving / Non Moving Material Report, Shelf Life Material Report, Inter Site Material Transfer Report for the monthly meetings as per the requirement of the departments.
