Pavilions & Interiors - Manager - Business Development

- We are looking for a dynamic and experienced business development manager.

- You are a self-starter and fulfill an example function.

- Develop effective growth strategies, which are not only financially successful, but also deliver customer success.

- Do market research to identify work opportunities for commercial and residential work for the needful lead generation.

- Building relationships with professionals from industry, competitors, vendors and other personnel.

- Producing reports on new prospects.

- Attending events, groups with special interests, conferences and seminars to discover new possibilities.

- Negotiate with customers to consolidate or strengthen the terms of each contract. Ensure that each contract meets regulations and guidelines.

- Maintain the integrity of confidential information.

- Contribute to the reputation of the organization by participating in and obtaining professional awards.

- Utilization of media and other resources for creating work opportunity for the company and business growth.

- Should have experience in Project sales, Meeting Architects, Builders, Interior Designers, PMCS, contractors etc.

- Should be from Architecture/ Interior Design industry
