We're looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our People team!

Know Your Work :

- Help find top engineers and creatives who play a crucial role in building and shaping key features

- Provide hands-on, full-cycle recruiting support for critical, hard-to-fill technical positions

- Source, engage, and evaluate top-tier technical and creative talent

- Work on a variety of technical and creative roles cross-functionally

- Manage communication and partnership with hiring managers and leaders

- Find, engage and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search techniques

- Build diverse pipeline and actively engage in diversity recruiting strategies

- Drive offer process, including generating and extending offers, and closing candidates

What You Need To Apply :

- Ability to manage multiple on-going projects, be flexible to change, and adapt to shifting priorities

- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels, including senior management

- Ability to execute on priorities with a strong sense of urgency, ownership, and accountability

- Ability to provide a high-touch experience to both candidates and hiring managers

- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with tact, diplomacy, and discretion

- Excellent ability to multitask

- Passion for building effective and high-performing teams

- Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent years of experience

- 3+ years of technical recruiting, sourcing, or related field experience

- 2+ years experience working in an office environment

Mandate Skills :

- 2+ years of experience in sourcing, technical recruiting.

- Strong technical knowledge, or from a computer science background.

- Ability to individually source the profiles and conduct technical interviews.

- Excellent verbal communication skills
