For more information log on to www.path.org : - PATH is looking for a highly motivated, self-starter, and a development sector enthusiast to be a part of the Strategy team to be deputed in Lucknow to support PATH's TB portfolio in Uttar Pradesh. - The officer will operate in a dynamic and evolving environment to contribute to a growing portfolio of impactful work in public health. Key responsibilities will be to provide support on activities including, but not limited to creating analytical decks, high-level government stakeholder pitch documents, and program strategy documents. Responsibilities: - Synthesize National TB Elimination Program information and data, and communicate key insights in conversation and documentation. - Support districts and divisions in analysis of DBT payments and help in mitigating challenges in implementation of Nikshay Poshan Yojana. - Prepare high quality data analytics reports/presentations though utilizing the project data through data visualization (through development of charts, graphs, infographics, data dashboards, and other information design and visual content). - Work with program team to distill concepts, research and data, and effectively communicate them through visual design to make a meaningful impact. - Understand the story within data, and develop clear, accurate, and engaging presentations and documents that organize data, research, concepts etc. - Translate ambiguous concepts, complicated problems, and complex data, into clear and compelling visualizations to reveal insights and facilitate decision-making. - Participate in project strategy discussions, and facilitate sessions with teams to translate data into stories and visualizations to meet project requirements. - Support field-based staff in data analysis, including taking creative approaches to providing training support in low-bandwidth environments. - Coordinate closely with WHO-RNTCP consultants and establish a seamless working relationship. - Support any other need-based tasks as requested by the government, program and M&amp;E team. Required Experience : - Master's Degree in business and/or engineering from a reputed institute. - 3+ years of professional experience working in the field of data analytics and visualization. - Strong design eye and demonstrated experience in understanding and interpreting complex ideas and/ or data into visual information. - Excellent skills in using data analysis and visualization software's along with Microsoft Excel. - Excellent written and oral communication skills, and ability to work independently and manage a wide range of activities on a daily basis with limited supervision. - Experience of working with reputed consulting firms will be a positive. - Knowledge of public health systems will be added advantage but is not mandatory.
