Patents Associate/Senior Associate - PQE - Chemical

We are an executive search firm, working with some of the Tier 1 law firm in India.

One of our client is having requirement for Associate/ Sr associate - Patents

Location- Hyderabad

Experience in an IPR law firm or in IPR department of other organizations

Education: Qualification: M. Sc./ PhD (Chemistry, preferably in Organic Chemistry) is a must

Patent Agent (Preferable)

Experience in the following is essential -

Patentability Search

Drafting, Filing & Prosecution of Patent Applications

Exposure and experience in Patent Prosecution is essential

Good academic record and analytical skills

Confident; sound communication skills; ability to coordinate independently with clients and professional personnel within the firm Good relationship skills

Remuneration: as per industry standards
