Job Description

- Conducting worldwide patent prior art searches.

- Drafting patent specifications in the various disciplines of science/engineering/technology.

- Assisting clients in identifying the value of their inventions and developing their patent portfolio strategy.

- The services also include providing IP related opinions including patentability, infringement and freedom to operate (FTO) opinions.

- Preparing draft responses for US attorneys in relation to USPTO issued office actions.

- The firm also renders watch and search services in the IP practice area.

Candidate Requirements

- Looking at candidates from the engineering field

- Registered patent agents

- The ideal candidate with 3-8 years of experience
