Top Tier law firm in Delhi are looking for certified patent agents or Lawyer or Science Degree.

- Patent Agents will be preferred.

Job Description :

- Conducting worldwide patent prior art searches.

- Drafting patent specifications in the various disciplines of science/engineering/technology.

- Having experience in Prosecution and drafting patent filing.

- The services also include providing IP related opinions including patentability, infringement and freedom to operate (FTO) opinions.

- Preparing draft responses for US attorneys in relation to USPTO issued office actions.

- The firm also renders watch and search services in the IP practice area.
