Role Overview
The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing strategic partnerships with companies and communities that bring consistent supply to goSTOPS. These include trek operators, travel planners, coworking spaces, campus communities, and brand collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard trek operators, travel planners, and weekend group organisers across key regions
- Establish partnerships with coworking spaces, digital communities, and student networks
- Maintain and update partner database with contact details, partner categories, and engagement status
- Co-create group packages and co-branded experiences with key partners
- Negotiate terms of partnership
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and ops teams to enable partnership deliverables
- Track performance of each partner monthly (bookings, leads, campaigns run)
Who You Are
- 5-6 years experience in partnerships, community marketing, or channel sales
- Prior experience managing partners in travel, coworking, and creator.
- Strong networking, relationship management, and negotiation skills
- Highly organized with good reporting discipline (Google Sheets, CRM tools)
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to close win-win deals independently
