As a Partnerships Manager specializing in banking relationships at our fast-growing fintech start-up, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing strategic partnerships with banking institutions. You will play a vital role in expanding our business by leveraging key banking relationships and driving collaborative initiatives to achieve mutual growth and success. This role requires a deep understanding of the banking industry, excellent relationship management skills, and a passion for driving innovation in the fintech space.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to establish and maintain relationships with banking institutions, including banks, credit unions, and financial services providers.

- Identify and target potential banking partners, conduct market research, and evaluate partnership opportunities aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and product roadmap, and align partnership initiatives accordingly.

- Actively engage with banking partners to negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, including commercial terms, service level agreements (SLAs), and legal documentation.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner banks, fostering trust and ensuring a positive partnership experience.

- Coordinate and lead regular meetings, business reviews, and workshops with banking partners to discuss performance metrics, strategic alignment, and growth opportunities.

- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape related to banking partnerships, and provide insights and recommendations to the management team.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as product, legal, compliance, and marketing to ensure successful implementation and execution of partnership initiatives.

- Track and report on partnership performance metrics, analyze data, and present findings to the management team to inform strategic decision-making.
