Candidates from FMCG / Manufacturing and Automobile industry only apply Job Description: - Identifying national level and region specific potential lending partners who can serve the needs of our customers - Help Get the Partnership Up &amp; Running by understanding the partners product - Look after Contract renewals, Payout negotiations and billing/payments post On-Boarding - Quickly adapt to the Partner's constraints and restrictions by necessary innovation - Achieve the targets by negotiating offers and execute necessary marketing campaigns to sell them - Coordinate with Internal Sales and Operation Teams to build better synergy with the Partner by providing necessary training &amp; support to the internal teams - Build and maintain activity and performance reports of each partner and take up monthly partner reviews - Willing and able to travel across all our locations at least 50% of the time In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has: - 3-5 years work experience with some specific experience in Partner Alliance Management - Mortgage industry domain expertise, and the ability to understand various financial products - Strategic Independent thinker, who is also execution oriented; ideally has experience driving cross functional programs or processes - Effective at building relationships (internally and with partners), collaborating, and influencing others; experience working with senior executives/ partners in cross-company projects - Strong communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing; comfort in business and technical discussions - Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and high-growth environment
