Ideal candidate should have 8+ years of proven track record of managing large scale program on ecosystem building. Key Responsibilities : - Connect with manufacturing industry leaders to create interest to leverage CoEs collaboration platform on Industry 4.0 solution showcase - Present our value proposition and engage with smart manufacturing solution providers to join platform with an aim to enable manufacturing companies understand digital solutions - Conceptualize and Plan regular feature updates in platform to continuously increase the value it provides to stakeholders. - Drive revenues for the center through industry engagement programs - Plan regular activities to drive usage and make it as go to platform for leaders in manufacturing industry Qualifications : - 8+ years of experience with good understanding of Industry 4.0 solutions - Consulting/ Business development experience in digital domain - Experience on emerging digital technologies - AI, IoT, Analytics - Bachelors Engineering degree must; Masters/MBA degree preferred - Strong program management skills - Excellent written & oral communication and program management skills - Comfortable to multitask and work under tight deadlines
