Partnership/Digital Acquisitions Role - Credit Card (4-8 yrs)
- Create consumer centric benefits and experiences for Credit Cards by tying up with brands and other non-competing brands
- Work with Bank and card network for offers and tie-ups relevant to the segment (mass/ affluent/ super affluent)
- Lead negotiations with the external stakeholders and close internal approvals for the programs based on the business case and success criteria
- Close the marketing and commercial deal for the feature and offer partnerships
- Chart out an annual offer calendar for the card program
- Go-to-market with the programs/ offers on various channels/ properties and track the consumer response in line with established success criteria
- Own the digital acquisitions roadmap for the Credit Card program
- Create a detailed digital marketing plan along with internal stakeholders and external partners like brands, digital aggregators, bank partner etc.
- Use personalization strategies and testing to target relevant buckets based on their brand affinity and behaviour
- Launch the campaigns and review the lead conversion funnel closely
- Work with stakeholders for optimizing the plan in line with business goals
- Provide inputs on the consumer journey design to minimize drop-offs
