- Develop and drive the pan-India partnership strategy and framework for execution in India
- Research, establish and develop new strategic alliances and partnerships
- Develop and manage the governance model and business plan with a partner

Minimum Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in Management Consulting/Partnerships development in high-growth startups or top-tier brands
- Strong B2B negotiation skills to close complex deals
- Highly motivated with a strong sense of ownership
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Proven track record of high performance and career-growth consistently
- Excellent communication and presentation
