Partner/Vice President - Delivery - Executive Search/Leadership Hiring - Recruitment Firm (18-26 yrs)
A Partner is responsible for revenue management, client management, practice management and delivery. The Partner will identify a vertical industry to develop and s/he will prospect for retained-search mandates from current & past contacts and potential clients. S/he will ensure that revenue booking and billing targets are met. The Partner will seek to become a trusted advisor to her/his clients on human capital / leadership hiring needs. The Partner will also contribute to the development of formal practice offerings, develop industry-specific IP and provide visibility for the firm at industry events.
In addition to the above, the incumbent will be required to make a success of an assignment within the given time frame. The incumbent should be able to understand and translate client & talent needs into a well-directed research. Her / His knowledge of the industry will help her / him identify the target organisations to source candidates. The incumbent should be able to do effective candidate development, must be able to attract the best talent required by the client. S/he should develop the skills to thoroughly understand the client's need and to assess the candidate's suitability for the requirement. On a continuous basis, s/he would need to rework on the process patiently.
JOB MANAGEMENT
- Prospect for retained search mandates from current, past and potential clients
- Ensure revenue booking & billing targets are met or exceeded
- Ensure tight cost management and positive cash-flow
CLIENT MANAGEMENT
- Consult / advise the client on the business within the context of a search mandate
- Ensure high degree of closure of search mandates and manage client expectations
- Farm existing client relationships to generate additional business
ASSIGNMENT MANAGEMENT
- Execute and close search-assignments successfully within the given timeframe
- Effectively assess the client's need and the candidate's suitability
- Actively form contact list to ensure closure on two self generated mandates
- Generate prospects for CXO searches and assist the partner in closing deals
- Nurture and manage existing Hunt Partners client relationships
- Oversee research and execution process to ensure it is aligned to the search strategy
- Monitor the quality of all deliverables within the context of a search mandate
- Ensure the search mandate is completed successfully within the stipulated timelines and to the client & satisfaction
PRACTICE MANAGEMENT
- Contribute to the development of formal practice offerings
- Develop practice-specific IP, industry reports
- Provide firm visibility at industry events
TEAM MANAGEMENT
- Create and maintain a culture of innovation, enthusiasm, empowerment and teamwork, to have a positive impact on staff motivation and reduce attrition
