A quick summary of the role:

The Customer Success professional is responsible to ensure our partners are able to achieve their desired outcomes with the partnership in the least amount of time. As a leader in this function, you will be responsible to onboard our partners and also deepening the relationship.

In order to be successful, you need to be great with data, and problem-solving, and deeply care about the partners' user base as well, so as to add value to the end-user.

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Own the entire experience the partners have with the company, right from onboarding to a successful go-live.

2. Develop, manage and grow client portfolios. Be a trusted advisor to the client when it comes to embedding insurance products within their product offerings.

3. Analyze user data and buying patterns to ensure a high pick-up rate of Co's products within the partner's environment. Your key metric would be NRR (net revenue retention) each partner is able to generate.

4. Set up and improve the existing processes in the company to ensure high partner satisfaction and increased revenue from the partner

5. Run continuous activation and marketing programs with the partner to ensure the uptake of Co's products

6. Build and nurture a team of aspirational customer success professionals and help them achieve their career goals.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of total experience. Experience in B2B Software Sales and Fintech preferred

2. At least 2 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success role

3. Bachelor's/PG Degree in any discipline. Entrepreneurial stint a plus

4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

5. Creative, persistent, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized, hands-on

6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

7. Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment.
