Responsibilities : 

- Chip in to the organization's thought leadership as a subject matter authority on global trends around risks in the digital and technology environment and represent the practice in industry forums

- Lead. Govern and help grow the delivery mandate with a global team

- Lead multiple senior stake-holders at the customer as well as internally with The organization viz. Heads of Internal Control, Internal Audit, Compliance etc

- Review quality of deliverables, work papers, audit/ assessment reports

- Leading customer relationships and key client partners

- Lead, train, motivate and coach team members

- Developing work programs and methodologies to build specific proficiency and improve value proposition

- Ensure that the objective in Operations deals is fully met and value realized by the customer

- Ensure revenue is earned as per the terms and conditions of the engagement you would be involved in

- Good project & time management skills - ability to balance multiple priorities, prioritize work and meet deadlines

- Good handle on engagement planning, management, client report review and delivering client presentations

Qualifications we seek in you!

- Detailed knowledge of Internal Controls, Risks, Internal audit and other Risk Advisory domain elements.

- Business development acumen

- Possess high standard of integrity and confidentiality

- Good written communication skills including documentation of findings and recommendations

- Excellent planning and organization skills

- Must have meaningful experience of which should have experience in consulting space

- Handled big teams and compels global engagements

- A - go-getter- attitude Customer expectations may remain at a high level many times - yet contextual proposals and domain-led story-line are needed and make the real difference to customer pursuits. So a big plus will be the candidate's resourcefulness and ability to build / find newer ways of making things happen while demonstrating all the available knowledge resources efficiently

Preferred Qualifications : 

- CA/ CPA/ CMA/MBA or relevant accounting / audit degree

- Experience in large consultancy or relevant industry segment

- Prior Big 4 or consulting experience is a plus

- Must have worked in the Enterprise Risk and compliance area

- Should be detailed in Internal controls and that would need to cut across Financial, Financial reporting, Operations & Compliance
