Partner - Investment Banking - IIM/ISB/XLRI/FMS (10-15 yrs)

Title: Partner
Reporting To: Chairman
Experience: 10+ Years
Location: Priority (Delhi) OR Mumbai OR Bangalore
Desired Profile:
- Expand and develop the Investment Banking Entity with complete responsibility of P&L
- Should have experience of end to end closure of at least 5-10 deals as a deal lead
- Lead and strengthen transaction advisory practice across diverse sectors across India
- Origination and successful execution of VC / PE / M&A
- Develop and manage relationship with Startups & new Aged companies
- Should have exceptional network and relationships with investors to market deals, with strong relationships with PE Funds/VC Funds, Family Offices not just in India but Global funds as well.
- Mentor team members to create better delivery and leadership capability
- Expand and develop the Investment Banking Entity with complete responsibility of P&L
- Lead and strengthen transaction advisory practice across diverse sectors across India
- Origination and successful execution of ECM / VC / PE / M&A
- Should be able to take complete ownership of transactions i.e from sourcing to end to end execution
- Generate new business ideas, ventures and service offerings that could add to the firm's existing revenue generation ability
- An MBA with top quality institutions (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS etc.) or Undergrad degree from a top college with a strong pedigree of working with high quality firms.
- Strong entrepreneurship drive, excellent managerial skills, self-confidence, good judgement and ability to make sound decisions
- Strong team-player with excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation and public speaking skill
