Leading Mumbai - based firm is looking for a Partner for their Infrastructure Finance team. The candidate should have an excellent understanding of the law in addition to proven leadership qualities. Responsibilities: - Candidate will be responsible for the practice and the team - Candidate will report to the managing partner of the firm - Candidate will be required to mentor and coach junior counsels - Responsible for financial performance of practice area - Liaise with client and firm on future course with corporate transactions - Provide strategic advice to clients - Preparing opinions and notes vis-a-vis transactions. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Must have proven leadership skills - Fluency in writing and reading English - Must be articulate - Team player - Time management - Strong communication skills (oral and written) Credentials and Experience: - Must have a basic degree in law - Must have atleast 7 years of relevant experience in infrastructure finance transactions with a well established law firm Compensation: - Commensurate to experience
