Job Description

Purpose:

Income Tax Advisory & Compliance: Advising on domestic and international tax matters, tax representations, preparation and filing of tax returns for Individuals,corporates, other business entities and charitable trusts, tax compliance, transfer pricing advisory and compliance,Income Tax audits

Statutory Audits of small companies

GST Advisory and Compliance: Advising on GST matters,GST representations,review of GST returns and compliances

Corporate Law: Advisory on corporate laws such as Companies Act 2013, FEMA, NBFC regulations, SEBI regulations etc, Incorporation of companies and LLPs, Secretarial compliance under Companies Act 2013 and assistance in filing of returns under the above regulations including obtaining specific approvals under the above regulations

Certifications: Issue of certificates as may be required to be obtained from a Chartered Accountant under various regulations and business/personal requirements
