"Executive-Search" is a relationship-centric business which thrives upon building a healthy equation of personal trust & comfort with the client. Typically, the client likes to deal only with the individual that it has come to trust over a period of time. In our model, that individual is Outgrow's - Partner. This Partner is one in the real sense and not just for the namesake, since it involves sharing of the proceeds from the business at a pre-agreed ratio.
The Partner would be expected to :
- Be an entrepreneur and lead Garner Outgrow as "My Own Business"
- Grow the business by generating fresh leads and converting them into Executive Search contracts
- Maximise business with existing clients by engaging with them regularly to realise full business potential
- Build a team of headhunters to support the day-to-day operations of the business
- Front-end the relationship with the client, and act as their primary touch-point for all CxO hiring
- Understand the details of the role to be fulfilled and provide market intelligence to fine tune the search specifications
- Get potential candidates lined up for interviews at the client's, based upon the requirements of the role, and client organisation's culture, values and future vision
- Deliver to the complete satisfaction of the client
