Partner/Director - Corporate Finance - CA Firm

The incumbent will consolidate and grow the Corporate Finance work of the firm.

Main functions would include:

Providing various transaction related services including Sell and Buy side assistance, M&A Advisory, Private Placements, Debt Advisory services, Debt Restructuring, PE Advisory Services, Capital Markets (IPO and Rights issue), Valuations and Impairment Review, and providing other Corporate Finance services;

Build, maintain, and enhance client relationships;

Supervise, mentor and develop junior staff, provide timely and effective mentoring and training;

Assist in business development efforts and collaborate with other divisions within the firm to build cross-functional relationships.

Candidate Profile-

CA / MBA (Finance) with 8+ years of financial advisory and valuation experience within a business valuation firm or valuation practice of an audit, tax and advisory firm;

Strong analytical skills;

Excellent oral and written communication skills;

Leadership skills;

People management and mentoring skills;
