Partner - Digital Transformation - Consulting Firm (12-18 yrs)

We are looking to hire a Partner Digital Transformation with one of the leading consulting firm.

Role: Partner Digital Transformation

Experience: 12+ years

Responsibilities:

The person will be responsible for setting up the Digital Transformation practice for the firm.

- Execute the Firms business strategy for the Digital Transformation practice

- Conceptualize digital service offerings with end-to-end digital solutions for our clients

- Drive business development and create go-to market strategies

- Deliver solutions to clients with clearly defined and compelling digital strategy

- Manage and monitor the implementation of solutions delivered to our clients

- Create business cases and define and measure KPIs for client projects

- Introduce industry knowledge, best practices, and cutting-edge technology in solutioning

- Be responsible for innovation leading to digitization and automation that delivers value and differentiates the Firm

- Partner with multi-functional teams (business and technology) to increase value addition

- Establish key partnerships/alliances required for project delivery

- Build governance around transformation projects delivery

Requirements:

1. Solution design, digital consulting experience or IT consulting experience

2. Proven track record of driving transformation for clients, implement digital strategy including experience in leading change management for medium/large companies

3. Experience with the various digital delivery and DevOps methods and technologies

4. Superior project management capabilities

5. Experience in managing teams and leadership skills
