The firm is seeking to recruit a senior level corporate lawyer to lead a team of transactional experts working on a range of work including mergers & acquisitions, MBOs/MBIs, joint ventures and private equity matters. It is likely that you will have a portable network of referrers and some work that will move with you, but the requirements within the firm for a following are of a lower ratio than those expected at competitors due to the way in which the department is structured and the significant long-term relationships already enjoyed.

You will have the autonomy to - do your own thing- and develop the standing of the team in whichever direction suits your practice, with the backing of a national team of lawyers and business developers to maximise your chances of success.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a leading firm at a key stage in its development, as it is anticipated that this will be the first of a number of senior level laterals over the next 12 months.
