Partner - Capital Market Lawyer (8-12 yrs)
The Role includes:
- Advising on legal and regulatory matters.
- Drafting documents.
- Negotiating contracts.
- Advise debt and equity issuers and the investment banks which structures and sells the financial instruments.
- Working with bankers to obtain approval from various external parties such as regulators, listing agencies and rating agencies.
- Assist companies with the issuance of equity and equity-linked instruments, including initial public offerings, preferential issues, private placements, qualified institutional placements, foreign currency convertible bonds and overseas listings of global depository receipts.
