Partner - Boutique Consulting Firm

The role includes the following responsibilities:

i) Create new relationship with corporates and institutions. From contact generation, to first meetings, to discus project proposal and lead consulting engagement with companies

ii) Ensure that the economic model is sound - The partner has his/her own P&L, and is responsible for his/her own revenue generation.

iii) Contribute to the thought leadership agenda - The partner participates with other partners to shape firms expertise and develop new offers.

iv) Grow the team- The partner is also responsible to grow his/her team and preparing the next generation of managers and partners.

Experience and requirement

- 15-25 years of working experience

- Dare- attitude, full of energy and strong entrepreneurial spirit

- At least 3-4 years of consulting experience with tier1 consulting companies and executive positions in MNCs or GM positions in established and successful start-up, strong experience on selling B2B services

- Preferred sectors: health, mobility, financial services, technology

- Fluency in English and Hindi
