Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute Growth initiatives for the vertical
- Be responsible for training, induction, process design and management
- Handle analytics, product coordination and marketing initiatives for the vertical
- Lead generation and inside sales
- Key account management
- Developing a budget and operating plan for the program.
- New initiatives
- Cross department coordination
- Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities - analyst, marketing, inside sales team, KAMs.
- Drive and track customer satisfaction, safety, quality and team member performance.
- Sites rating and improvement program ownership
- Growth planning of new cities expansion
- CRM tool ownership
- Performance dashboards
Requirements:
- Proven experience in program management.
- MBA from top tier college.
- Proven stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience in managing a team.
- Highly analytical
- Handled growth profile in startups
