Job Description : Operations Manager

Park+ was founded in September 2019 by Amit Lakhotia (ex Paytm, Tokopedia & Makemytrip). He has spent more than 10 years building significant size internet businesses. After passing out of IIM Ahmedabad, he joined at senior management level in multiple internet startups at an early-stage and played a critical role in scaling them to multi-billion dollar companies. At his last stint in India, he is credited to building the Paytm wallet from scratch. Park+ is funded (USD 12mn) by marquee institutional investors like Sequoia Capital and Matrix Partners and successful startup founders as Angel investors including the likes of Makemytrip (Deep Kalra), Bookmyshow (Ashish Hemrajani), Cred (Kunal Shah) and Snapdeal (Kunal Bahl and Rohit Bansal).

The role entails :

- Building a Car Care Operations Team for the city to manage Daily 5000 Cars Cleaning.

- Managing the day to day ground operations and reviewing the system and processes.

- Creating Manpower Vendor Ecosystem to serve the day to day requirements

- Run the KRA & KPI based ground operations.

- Creating and Managing the Google Sheets to create reports and do the basic analysis.

Who/what you are :

- Self-driven and motivated individual

- Early Morning person who can wake up early and hit the ground running at 5 AM.

- Experienced working with advanced Google Sheets functions like Pivots, Lookups, Queries, etc.

- Have worked with Backend Operation Applications

- Have a technical mindset to solve the issues.

- Have good manpower management skills.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

- Takes ownership and delivers on time

- Adept at making judgement calls to move things faster

- Consistent performer who pushes hard to get things done.

- Comfortable working post working hours.

- Immense confidence to evangelize a nascent brand and project it with conviction

- Keen understanding of team's manpower requirement and interact with vendor partners

Roles and responsibilities :

- Supporting day to day cleaning operations with manpower

- Looking after cleaners issues and resolving it on ground and taking it up with partners

- Onboarding and maintaining a strong team of supervisors and cleaners

- Adding sufficient manpower for operational efficiency in every area

- To maintain a strong relationship with vendors

- Identify the manpower based operational requirement and try to resolve it with ground team

- Managing attendance and punctuality in manpower.

- Processing payroll in consultation with team and partners

- Analytical, goal-oriented work style

- Excellent organization skills, Strong leadership abilities

- Manage cleaners/supervisors schedules, to include cleaning hours and timesheets

- Monitor cleaners and supervisors activity, to include successful completion of designated tasks

- Identify organizational or employee-related issues and create effective solutions
