Assistant Manager - HR - eCommerce
1) To manage the entire HR operations portfolio including payroll, HR analytics, Exit management, PMS, Productivity, Incentives, Automation and HR dashboards.
2) Responsible for developing HR guidelines and company level policies by actively engaging with all stakeholders and ensuring they are in line with market.
3) Responsible for overall HR database administration in HR management Software.
4 ) Responsible for end to end administration of employee's data related to leaves & attendance, wage & salary through HRMS.
5 ) Responsible for managing Employee Grievances.
6 ) Other employee life-cycle events like on-boarding, transfer, confirmation, Promotion etc.
