As an implementation focused enterprise, delivery of on-the-ground results in a challenging environment with multi-lateral constraints is of utmost importance. Job content: Sevak, Operations is fundamentally responsible for ensuring Technical training, quality and operational aspects of Rural skill gurukuls. The following are indicative deliverable:-

- Overall Recruitment, Technical training, quality and HR/IR aspects of Gurukuls and trainees

- Be resourceful to the gurukul functions by providing them with solutions for any operational Escalations.

- Ensuring schedule and standards of work ethics, processes are measured,reviewed and adhered

- Ensure employee, beneficiary satisfaction by periodically measuring them and doing the needful to continuously improve them.

Selection Criteria-

- IIT B.tech/B.E -MBA with work experience in Industrial Relations (Manufacturing/ Construction) /Operations /Technical Training/Industrial Relations/ construction HR with a rare combination of Strategic understanding capacity along with P & L Operations management background. Needs to have a keen eye for- hands-on- attitude for ensuring- on-the-ground- performance.

- Willingness to travel including in rural areas is necessary and ideally be based in Ranchi.

- Understanding of processes adherence, Business/qualitative metrics including profitability and review mechanisms important.

- Demonstrated track record in operations management including strategic and tactical issues management, cost targets achievement.

- Passion for social section with an entrepreneurial streak is a pre-requisite.
