Pareto Capital - Analyst/Consultant - Investor Relations (1-6 yrs)
Pareto Capital is an integrated financial services institution offering Investor Relations (IR) Advisory, Investment Banking and Asset Management. We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join the team. As a part of our Investor Relation Business, we are looking to add consultants who will be responsible for proactively developing, implementing and managing all aspects of Investor Relations consulting. This role plays a critical part in defining and delivering the company's message to capital market including investors and analysts.
Primary Responsibilities :
1. Develop and maintain a company's investor relations plan including messaging and positioning
2. Create presentations, press releases, financial model and other communication materials for analysts, brokers, and investors
3. Perform a comprehensive competitive analysis, including financial metrics and differentiation
4. Serve as the key point of contact for the investment and research community
5. Organize road shows, earnings conference calls, and investor meetings
6. Monitor analyst reports and summarizes them for senior management
7. Provide feedback to management regarding the investment community's perception of the company
8. You would be required to work with multiple clients (companies) of different sector/industries
9. Develop and maintain relationship with existing investors and prospective investors
10. Prepare analytical reports on shareholding pattern, stock market indicators, valuations, etc
Experience and Skills Required:
1. Prior experience in Equity Research / Equity Sales/ Investor Relations / Corporate IR department
2. Understanding of business and financial of companies, especially listed Indian companies
3. Understanding of Financial statements i.e. Balance Sheet; Profit & Loss statement, Cash flow statement
4. Understanding of ratio analysis, companies- valuation to analyse the financial performance of companies
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
6. Ability to self-serve, investigate and execute without instruction
7. Ability to work with multiple clients
8. Exceptional Power Point & Excel skills
9. CA / CFA / MBA / other equivalent degree
